This Sunday 12th February is my ride to the one and only Haynes International Motor Museum at Sparkford. It is a slightly longer than usual route of 30 miles out and back. We ride out of Bridgwater along Bath Road and through Bradney, Bawdrip, Cossington, Edington, Shapwick, Ashcott, Butleigh, Baltonsborough, Lottisham and Sparkford. Following a suitable repast, we will return for home via Babcary, Charlton Adam, Somerton, Low Ham, Langport, Wick, Burrowbridge and Huntworth. There are a few lumpy bits but nothing too onerous. The weather, although a little difficult to tell at the moment, looks to be around 6 degrees and cloudy. Hope to see you there. ... See MoreSee Less

Hi guys, a quick note to remind you about the Hammer on the 9th April. The most spectacular, challenging and rewarding early season sportive in the UK! Starting from the beautiful resort town of Salcombe, the Hammer takes in a stunning tour of the breathtaking South Hams, with 3 routes to choose from.
An incredible event in its own right, it is a perfect springboard to European hilly and mountain sportives as well as a logical stepping stone to UK events like the Dartmoor Classic.
Entries include our unique option of a team entry as well as solo where you'll receive a team result (and gold/silver/bronze timing standard) in addition to your personal result and achievement. Guaranteed to be a great day and the perfect way to start your season for real!
Hope to see you in the Spring!
Cheers, Andrew
